This is for the owner of Perez Salon.I don't think you handled the complaint or comment regarding 'don't ask for Anna' properly.The owner complains about that the customer is not being mature enough to bring the complaint to their attention and is hiding behind the internet.Not every customer brings a complaint to an owner.I was looking for a place to get a hair cut and I wont be coming to Perez Salon.Not because of what this person wrote although if it were me i would be very upset as well but because of the how the owner handled it.They have courses in small business's.I mean this with sincerity and not hatefulness and think this might help with owners business,customer relations,employee relations etc.It may cost some money now but its an investment for the future. I wish owner all the best.If you read the other web sites on the hair business's others write how hard it is to find a good hair cuts and not have to spend a lot of money while others have spent a lot of money and have gotten bad hair cuts so i was really looking for a hair salon like everyone else and came across this. Hope things work out.
