My experience is actually a long story starting with an 8 year old dryer that quit working so I made a call for service. Before the repairman made it to the house, I made a trip to the store, bought a new washer and dryer, cancelled the service call and then had my dryer delivered a day late. However, it didn't fit because of my tight laundry room. So i made another trip to the store and a different salesman helped figure out a way to fit. Received the same dryer (vented differently so it would fit) a day later; however, that dryer would power on but wouldn't start. service tech came out later the same day and i finally have a brand new washer and dryer that works. Even with all the hassles I went through everyone that helped get my appliances delivered and set up were wonderful. Very helpful at getting it done around my schedule. Thanks to Russ, Lee, Harold and Scott for making my experience less painful.
