Review content:
I contacted the location (414) 761-1100 and inquired what a barbeque chicken rollo is and explained I was from out of town and never had one. The worker explained to me that it was like a calzone and the barbeque and chicken was on the inside (nothing more). When I recieved the oozing calzone (which wasnt a big deal, but unappetizing nonetheless) there were onions in it. I am midly allergic to onions and called the store to explain there were onions in it. I called the store and had to speak with two people to explain the issue before JOE was on the phone. Naturally, this was upsetting and I was slightly agitated. I explained to Joe that the Rollos section on the menu at the hotel does not include a description with what is in the rollos and that I received with one with onions. He did not offer to bring me a new one, but indicated he would not refund my money and told me it was common sense to infer whats in the rollos is whats on the pizzas. Naturally this insult upset me and I did let him know that the assumption is assinine and that he was not being very customer service friendly. Why am I as a customer expected to read the entire menu to notice similarities or infer that ingredients in one item are the same in the other? Shouldnt a menu give this information. Additionally, I ordered garlic bread and asked for pizza sauce to be delivered and it was not. But I never even got that far because JOE and the rest of the employees lacked any ability to handle customer service issues appropriatley. I found it completely ludacris that I was told ""Im not refunding your money"" and was not offered a substitution.
