We brought our car in because it was overheating. Jim replaced the wrong part and charged us $500 and it was still overheating. He quoted us one price and then added another $80. When we asked him why the difference in price he said it was because he had to make sure it was working. Obviously he didn't check because it wasn't. We had to take it to another shop and spend $175 to get it fixed. He refused to refund our money or return the part to us! He was one of the rudest men I've ever talked to!
