Worst

Worst repair shop ever! 4/27/2013

We brought our car in because it was overheating. Jim replaced the wrong part and charged us $500 and it was still overheating. He quoted us one price and then added another $80. When we asked him why the difference in price he said it was because he had to make sure it was working. Obviously he didn't check because it wasn't. We had to take it to another shop and spend $175 to get it fixed. He refused to refund our money or return the part to us! He was one of the rudest men I've ever talked to! more

Honda/BMW 1/26/2012

I bought my car in twice when the engine light came on. Jim checked out my car twice and turned off the light. He also put my car on the computer and told me everything was ok. Honda wanted $108.00 dollars to do this!! He did it for free. He also drove my car around the block and told me nothing was wrong!! Nice guy and honest!! My BMW needs a clutch and I am taking it to him. He had gave me a really good price!! Hard to find honest people like Jim and his son!! more

My new found best friends! 12/16/2010

When steam started to pour in to the car from the airvents this morning on I-5 I knew it was going to be a bad day! Luckily Google found Jim and Chris at Automotive Plus. Five star rating does not do justice to how I feel about the service I received from these guys! I will forever be thinking of Jim and Chris as best friends! They fixed the problem and send me back to work in an hour and half. When I think of these guys I think of Friends, Experts, Honest, Sincere, Outstanding, …… I absolutely recommend these guys for any automotive needs. more

Exellent VW and Audi repair shop 11/4/2009

I had my brakes done with Jim and Chris (father and son) Very detail oriented and skill mechanics. My brakes were a great price and good quality. Very quick and friendly service. I would recommend Automotive plus to everyone. more

Honest auto repair shop 8/13/2005

Whenever I need auto repair done, I price out the services of Automotive Plus first. The place is run by just one person, Jim Mason. Decent prices on work and honest person to deal with. He is also an ASE certified master technician. I've had a throttle body and AC compressor repaired at a lower cost than the dealership was offering. He works on most autos but advertises VW, Porshe, Audio, BMW. more
