These tow truck drivers know that you are at their mercy and there's nothing you can do about it when you're stranded.I was told it would take 30 minutes to an hour so I called after an hour and was given some stupid excuses. These people have my phone number and could've told me they were going to be late but they could care less. It took them two hours to get to me so if you're looking for help this is not the place to go! if I could give them negative stars and shut this place down I would in a heartbeat! From start to begining it was a horrible experience! Avoid these people at all costs!
