Review content:
My little girl and I got a pedicure and manicure last week. The staff was nice, but the salon was dirty! The floors looked like they hadn't been swept or mopped in weeks. The pillows we leaned on for our pedicures were dirty, and who knows how they sanitized the foot baths after I peeked into the back room... It was full of dirty towels and junk piled everywhere. The "party" table had empty disposable fast food cups and jackets all over it, and needed to be wiped down. The make-up and up-do stations in back were dirty and had hair and dust along with other items just lying about. I did not get a close look at the hair cut stations in the front...I had seen enough in the back! My nails and daughters fingernails were chipped and "gummy" within 24 hours of our appointment. The salon ladies had to add finger nail polish remover to the "top coat polish" because they couldnt get it to come out of the bottle. I think this is a great concept if it is done right. It's not expensive to keep your salon clean and in good repair!!!! I would NOT go back!
