Review content:
Well, I took my car here orginially for an alignment, cause NOBODY else could get it right. They did an amazing job - the first time my car ever drove in a straight line. Later on, my idle got ""rough"" so I took it to them - and surprisingly, they fixed it, but then...the day I drive it out of the shop there, it has a ""noise"". I just assume the noise will work itself out - it doesn't - it gets worse. So about 3 weeks later, I bring it back (here is big mistake #1) to them to fix whatever they broke last time. They can't hear any noise (they must be deaf) AND they just decide to ""try"" stuff to see if maybe that's the problem, and of course, I'm footing the bill because they could never admit fault. So fine, fix something-I come back to pick up my car....ummmm...where are my hubcaps? They run around - can't find them - the guy was like ""come back tomorrow and we'll see what we can do"". He honestly didn't believe that I had hubcaps when I brought it up there. Like I was trying to scam the dealership for some new ones or something. Give me a break. I told them I'm not taking my car back without my hubcaps back, or new ones replacing them. The guy seemed completely helpless. He told me he couldn't even write a note on my invoice saying SOMETHING would be done - anything - without a manager's approval, and they were all gone. Fine, I leave my car overnight, cause I'm NOT driving away without hubcaps and no note in my file. Come back next day, they found the hubcaps and put them back on...then driving away - what do I hear? The same noise I brought it there for that the mechanics couldn't hear. My husband said I should've gone back right then - but they're not getting another dime from me. My service rep (Larry Tuttle) got a call from me - I was fuming, but they'll never see me again. That's the last time I do anything at a dealership.
Pros: alignment
Cons: everything else
