DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I just got a ""perm"" from one of their ""experts"" at the Grant Rd location. Their website advertises they specialize in perms. I specifically told the stylist, (Roseo?) to cut it to several inches BELOW my shoulders, that would be the length AFTER the perm. She had an attitude to start, and that should have been a RED FLAG! She was overbooked and I overheard her speaking with another employee about booking problems. It was a male employee, who I assume made my appointment. The stylist not only hacked off my hair so short I was traumatized, but was sloppy with the perm letting chemicals seep down my back and onto my clothing. Honestly, I believe she intentionally cut my hair so short just to save time on rolling in the rods. Either too lazy or overbooked. She admitted that she cut it too short. I now have shoulder length hair that used to be down to my lower mid-back. My hair had been that long for close to twenty years. Prior to the chemicals being applied, I called their other location at Craycroft, to speak to the owner. She assured me my stylist knew what she was doing. I believed her, and so I went forward. After I saw the limp result, I complained, and a manager dropped in from the other location, offered a $40 discount, (from $100) and for me to come back in a few weeks to redo the ""top"". She talked me into thinking my wet hair actually had curl in it. Not even close. Nothing is salvageable. Once my hair dried, I was left with flat, stringy hair. If there were away to post photos on this site I would. The so-called ""damage control"" they offered was a lot of hot air and evidently, they DO NOT honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee advertised on both the website and business cards. DO NOT be deceived by the ""perm"" photos on their website. My stylist slipped that one of the photos wasn't even a perm, but just styling with curls using a curling iron or rollers I assume. Tonight, I'm having a good long cry, and certainly will not be back. I will see them in court, contact the BBB and other review sites.
