Finally!! A non-corporate-chain Mexican restaurant that still offers FREE CHIPS and SALSA!! Even better, the cream sauce they supplement the salsa with. I take many friends here and they all love it. The best deal is the tacos---I've tried the enchiladas, burritos, etc. and was not impressed. But I haven't found tacos this good anywhere in MN!! The cheese is the best part. And the beans and rice are great. Dessert here is ok. In short, I can only recommend the taco dish. This is so good, it makes it on my top ten restaurants list despite the fact I don't like much else. Staff are quick and friendly. Always plenty of families dining here, too.
Pros: tacos, free and tasty chips/salsa, fast/friendly service
Cons: combo dishes aren't anything extraordinary
