I've been going to Positive Changes for almost 6 months and cannot say enough about their program. I was going 2x per week (recently switched to 1x per week) and feel so much more hopeful than I've felt in many years. The staff has been friendly and supportive. I have lost weight many times before but not kept it off. This time I felt it was time to address the self talk and underlying confidence issues I've been carrying around. I haven't lost a lot of weight yet, but feel that the foundation is in place for real and lasting change in my life. My husband and others are seeing the changes I'm feeling and I am so excited and encouraged! This is a life changing program and I am very grateful for it.
