Positive changes delivers everything they promise. Since using their services I feel more relaxed and able to do what I need to do to take care of my body. I visit once a week and have CDs that I listen to daily at home. I have been going there since the beginning of the year and have already lost 17 pounds. What I like most about it is it’s not some crazy diet and exercise plan that must be followed. Instead, they really focus on the fixing the actual problem by replacing negative thoughts with positive ones and the weight loss just seems to happen after that. I’m so glad I came here. I highly recommend it!
