I would not recommend purchasing on-line from this company. I purchased bath accessories from their website. Not all of the items were pictured. The lotion dispenser (one of the items for which there is no picture) is not to my liking. In my attempt to return it within the appropriate time, I was informed there would be a 25% restocking fee to do so. I was very polite, explained there was no picture online and I didn't care for the look when I saw it. They told me that they can't have people buying things and then deciding they don't like them once the product is seen in person. I was puzzled since I had no opportunity to see the item other than ""in person"". The manager was adamant, did not seem to care if: 1-they lost any future business from me (BTW-I had spent over $500.00 on that order) and 2-if I posted a review. So, having NEVER done this before, I am warning other potential online customers to be aware of how this company does business.
