Review content:
We have been eating at Asado for a couple of years now and have yet to have a sub standard meal or experience. The tenderloin has always been well prepared and delicious. I also appreciate the use of infused oils and tomato relish in the plating as these add both a visual and more importantly an aromatic flair to the meal. We usually like to sit in the back table in the bar, as it is more secluded and less loud than the dining room. In fact, that would be the only drawback, all be it a minor one in my view, with Asado. It can be a little loud for casual conversation in the dining room. As for the gentleman that had a bad experience, it?s your ladies birthday, make a reservation for crying out loud. We usually spend 2 ? 2 1/2 hours over dinner and drinks and enjoy the leisurely pace at which Asado operates. If I?m looking for a faster paced dinner, I go to a different type of restaurant. Pros: Excellent food, quality cocktails, causal atmosphere & relaxed dining experience. Cons: Dining room a little loud.
