Businiess name:  The Trike Stop - Toddler Care and Preschool
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
Although I was initially impressed with the cleanliness, fun playground, and small student to staff ratio, soon it seemed that there were too many kids for the staff to handle (although I was told rather defensively that they were well within State guidelines...). \r \r Why we went to another preschool:\r - A two year old was asked to leave afer being written up due to ""defiant behavior"". (C'mon, really what two year old isn't defiant at times? Why do you think it is called the ""terrible twos""?)\r - Ruined clothing, due to art projects with paints and inks that would not wash out, was not reimbursed or even apologized for, although paint smocks were provided.\r - Management is defensive when parental concerns are brought to their attention. Pros: NIce location and facilities, Kulsoom is kind and a wonderful teacher. Cons: Pinesol, management doesn't listen, parental involvement discouraged.
