DO NOT USE UPTOWN REALTY! I too rate this place with ZERO stars. They are only after money, and if they can get more, you will be left out in the cold with no place to live. That is what happened to us. My daughter was told by UR that she had 48 hrs. to turn in a signed contract for the place she was already living in. She turned the contract in, signed, within the day. She was told she had the house, then was told that some other people 'needed this house'. The person who told my daughter she had the house apparently didn't have the authority to tell my daughter she had the house, that is what another person at Uptown told her. She got the runaround like you wouldn't believe. \r

We considered getting a lawyer for Uptown Realty breaking their contract but my daughter no longer wants to do business with Uptown Realty, does not want to live in any of their properties and will not recommend this company to anyone. \r

They are shady, crooked, liars, and have no morals whatsoever.
