Poor... Extremely poor... On the top of all poor in the list- it's the customer service. The African american guy who sits at the receptions needs to learn some etiquette. If he cannot be polite and smiling, he should learn not to be rude and disrespectful. This place is here to rob you... they will give you a long list of things needs to be done or you will crash as soon as you step out. Even when you go for a minor thing like an oil change. If you say, I need some time to evaluate- the guy will insult you in front of all other customers sitting there. I visited there because of a groupon.. But will never make the mistake of visiting this place ever again... I believe this place running on this promotion offers and they are sitting there to get money from the customers by all means... I read about this very same customer complains before making the appointments, and experience exactly the same way.. DO NOT GO THERE EVEN IF IT'S FREE... they have means of getting money from you anyways..
