We had a slow upstairs bathroom leak in our home this past fall. We contacted our insurance company and they suggested Arco Restoration. I'm so thankful that Arco Restoration was not only able to repair our leak and redo our bathroom tile, glass, plumbing, etc, but they helped us ALL the way through the whole process. We met with the production manager who gave us a very reasonable estimation of the costs and then had us pick out or materials. They stayed in touch with us EVERY step they were doing, when they would be at the house, what steps we would need to take in order to prepare for the repairs. I was so relieved that all the workers and staff were all kind and seemed to generally care about how we wanted our bathroom to look at the projects' end. Arco Restoration worked directly with our insurance company which was a blessing in itself. We are so pleased with our experience with Arco that we will not hesitate to call them again if and when we need some home repairs or remodeling. I was so pleased that the workers took time to place drip mats for painting, cloths for walking up and down our stairs from having to go in and out of the house, took care of our home, and did an AWESOME job at clean up. We really value Arco Restoration's mission. They were very speedy with their repairs and got our leak fixed and us showering again in no time. Thanks again Arco Restoration! We give you 5 stars!!!
