Businiess name:  Target

Review content:
Although I'm usually not to big of a fan of Target because I hate how they always have the big signs that say a big percentage off - but when you look at the tag - it's marked just as high as any other store. Sure it might be 30% off but when you orginally price it 30% higher - you're really not getting a very good bargain. But the Norfolk Target stores is really one of the best non-super Target's that I've been in. They usually have quite a few "clearance" racks and the store layout is pretty good. It's easy to get in, find what you need, and get out.
