The owner of this company, Ron White, operates his business unprofessionally and chooses to let his emotions interfere with a proper business transaction. He came out to look at my front load washer to see what was wrong with it, and he thought the bearings and tub needed to be replaced. I paid him a deposit by check, half the amount I would owe in total, $175.92. We scheduled a time for him to come back. He was late showing up. After a hour of waiting, he finally calls just to tell me that he would not be able to fix my washer for the price he originally told me. He was nice about it, and offered me a refund. Then, Ron told me that my refund would be delivered by mail in the form of a money order. I was a little skeptical about that because he had already cashed my check. After a few days, I realized this guy could scam me out of my money. A week after I had not received my money, I called, and called, left messages. He got angry and refused to talk to me. The one thing he kept saying was "" You will get your money in the mail like the rest of the customers,"" and he was really rude about it. I called him out on Jan. 23, 2013, and it is March 5, 2013, I still have not received a refund from him. He continues to hang up on me.
