I just called to place an order. A man by the name of JUAN answered, in Spanish i believe, and was rude, mumbled, would not verify I was actually speaking to someone at the restaurant, and hung up on me. I called back but after 4 rings someone disconnected the call without answering. I called again from my cell. A lady finally answered, (spoke clear English) and I asked for manager's name. She said Juan, one moment please. She came back to the phone shortly and in broken English said, ""Everyone busy. I take your order, no??"". I asked for an owner or someone else I could speak with. ""Nooo, uh, I take your order??"" What? What alternate reality are they in?? I live one mile from the restaurant ant eat/call in orders frequently and have never been treated this way before. It only takes once for me. I won't be back. Very unprofessional.
