Let's get clear about these slumlords, Andre Williams & Zelda Schlagel embody the word ""slimy"". They do nothing to help tenants who are living near disturbed neighbors who create chaos and problems. I had a neighbor who the police were investigating for rape, and my complaints to management went unanswered for over a full month. I had never complained about this neighbor for 8 months until his behavior become unbearable in January, I enlisted the police, and this was revealed about him. January and part of February were pure h**l until this neighbor moved out. The police followed up with me twice, while management, and the super never did. The super, Tino Morales, said he wouldn't knock on this neighbor's door because, and, I quote - the neighbor was aggressive and Tino was afraid he would be attacked. Yet, Tino told me to confront the neighbor. What?! The new person who moved in treats the building like a dorm, she's loud in the middle of the night on work nights and they won't do anything about that either, other than, Andre Williams told me to call 311 and send the reports to him. I've lived here for a year with 2 major repairs never being done, even after multiple polite requests. One including that there has never been warm or hot water in the bathroom, I can't brush my teeth or wash my face in the bathroom, I have to use the kitchen all the time. This company is a mess and I would never renew or live in one of their buildings.
