I live 54 miles from the La Paz Spa (was encouraged by a friend to go there) and was thinking twice to even drive that far on a Saturday morning, especially because I'd never had a colonic before and didn't know what to expect. I must say it was well worth the drive and would drive even further for a colonic at La Paz Spa. It was a great experience and loved every minute of it, except it being over. The owner did a wonderful job of making me comfortable and the atmosphere was very relaxing. All I had to do was trust that this would start me running on my ""new year, new me"" mindset and it did. I got rid of so much ""evil"", I had no idea I even had in me. This got me started on a new ""lifestyle"" change to include eating better, exercising and ofcourse anticipating my next colonic. I highly recommend you try it. You'll love it.
