Review content:
Called for service for two locations, showed up with only one work order. Did not put in a new air filter when serviced, did not have work order for replacing condenser filter. Call-back resulted in promise to get back to us. Waited a week and had to call them back. Now the A/C unit is not even working and they want $100 to do a diagnostic check. Just paid them $80 for next to nothing done. They lose our unit, plus several others in our development who will not be going back to them. No breaks for customer service here.
