Review content:
This was the worst company and experience to work with in trying to get a home loan. These people are cheats, especially Miguel Davila. All he did was rip us off $1,000 dollars, tell the other family to move out of the house we wanted to buy, and after being pre-approved, then APPROVED, they changed their mind on the CLOSING DATE and told us they changed their mind supposedly due to something on our credit, AFTER having said everything was great and ready to go. If that was the case, they could have done that A LOT earlier. They had all of our documents for months, and had us running around getting more ridiculous documents and proof of this and that. They don't run a home loan business, they run a cheat the f*** out of people scam. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but to rocky mountain mortgage.
