Many years ago I went to kelsey when I got pregnant with my son. The first OBGYN visit was horrible and humiliating. I left Kelsey as soon as I could, but as fate would have it my husband's employer changed insurance plans and we are forced to go back to Kelsey. Everytime we go in for something it feels like we are inconviencing the doctors just by being in their office. I've not found a good doctor in the entire group yet. Now I need to get vision therapy out of network for my son and Kelsey is denying the coverage. I'm so over Kelsey, avoid them if at all possible!!
