Surprise! Surprise!!, I had a Amazing Experience. The Girl who help me was so Nice. I was there 2 days ago, and I wanted a red bag, but I fell in LOVE with a gray blue tote. And I just could not make up my mind !!! All those colors on that wall its intoxicating. She came over and asked me all those questions like is it for school or work or for everyday. After I answered them as Best as I could she spoke about both bag styles. She gave me the Pros and Cons of a City Girl with an Non Zippered Tote or A Zippered One, I loved the scenerios she used. I was there for almost an HOUR and she waited helping me to find not only the best color but the best style. I lost track of time because I felt like I was Talking to a Friend more than I was Talking to a Sales Rep. She even told me the translation to my favorite bag it means ""To Fold"" I got her card, and I bought both bags. I was More Than Satisfied with there EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!
