Giving this schmuck even one star is too much. The only positive review must have been written by his cackling ""patient coordinator"" Lupe, whose main purpose is to steal your money. He is plastered all over the internet, with an awesome website, and advertises in several local mags. You would think he was good. If a doctor is THAT good, he would not have to spend so much on making you think that he is. HE IS A FARSE!! I went to see Dr Mentz for a breast reduction, and he talked me into a breast augmentation. He said I would get a better result with less scarring. I was pretty droopy at a 36D. Looking back, he probably had no idea how to perform a breast lift. I am sure it requires much more expertise, of which he has NONE> He never discussed my future size or showed me pictures of his results. Lupe flashed me her breasts, and he said mine would look better. HA!! My breasts are grotesquely huge now. 34F. They are droopier than ever. I look ridiculous. He even went under the muscle, which is a big no-no for saggy breasts. I found this out AFTER surgery, from my research. I assumed I was going to the best, and he DEFINITELY is not. He spent a total of 5 minutes with me before surgery, never really assessing my needs. He couldn't care less what they were. I went back to him several times to complain, and he wanted no part of fixing the problem. I asked him if he would like my before and afters to be used as representations of his work, and he said no. He offered no compensation. In my opinion, he is an awful surgeon who relies on excessive advertising to rip off his patients into believing he is some sort of hot shot. STAY AWAY GIRLS> HE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING!!! Overpriced too. I am looking to get another surgery soon to correct his errors. $6K is alot to have lost from this so-called surgeon's lack of ability.
