I agree with the previous review.. ONE STAR IS TO MUCH FOR THIS JOKER ! Unfortunately, I was sucked into his ""posh"" offices, fancy website, etc.. He acts like he cares, but after he has gotten your money & performed surgery he doesn't have time for you & makes you wait for hours for follow ups, etc.. After all, I'm sure his time is much more valuable than mine.. WHATEVER !! I had a problem with my breast augmentation and when I ""attempted"" to bring this to his attention he would NOT take responsiblity for it. After I have already spent $7,000 for the initital surgery, he would be happy to perform a ""revision"" but at my expense ! His staff doesn't return phone calls either. Lupe is a joke !! She's all nice as long as you have money to give, but once that has been taken care of she never returns your calls. I feel very sad & angry that I trusted Dr. Mentz . He couldn't care a less about me as a person/patient enough to do the right thing & fix what he screwed up ! Aparantly, he takes no pride in his work. I now have to find another doctor to fix his very sloppy work. UNPROFESSIONAL AND LACKS COMPASSION !!
Pros: Nice Office
Cons: Doctor's work, makes you wait for hours, doesn't care !
