One star is one star too many. I have been to this office for Dr.Mentz several times. Each time there is a 45 to 90 minute wait. Only to wait for the doctor another 20.
Dr. Mentz is friendly, but his work makes that void. I had major facial rejuvenation. My face was so ugly three, six and eight months post operation. Dr. Mentz is quick to take your money, but doesn't follow through nor apologize or make right with followup after.
The staff is rude, unprofessional and lazy from the moment you open the door to the office.
If you want good plastic surgery, I suggest you stay far away from this doctor's establishment.
