Talk about waiting for hours, people were leaving and the front girl was rude to people who asked how many more hour did they had to wait. I had Lipo done years ago so I thought I knew what to expect since the Dr at the time fully educated me before surgery. Dr Mentz staff did not, nor did they check if I was anemic at my first apointment, two day before surgery I tried to cancel since I was ill with head cold, they brought me in said I was fit for surgery, but I need to take Iron Pills since they tested me and saw I was anemic.I was not prepared at how hard my body would get and how many massages I had to have to be able to sit in a chair. They are in such a rush to over book appointment times I was left in a room once and brought in to a dirty room another time, the nurse ran in and out of the room throwing things in a bag, but never told me what it was for. My MD told me I was so anemic pills two day before surgery was not appropriate I should have been tested my first visit and than given pills to boost my Iron,surgery should have been postponed 6 mnth. I threw up for a week because of Dr M pushing me into surgery when I was not healthy. After care was a joke I inhaled soup all night and when I pulled the call button no one came. I was in pain but no one came to check on me or remove the tray all night long. I went to see one of his partner and the Dr refused to see me after the first time saying to go back to Dr M, there was no way I wanted to subject myself to that rude office staff again, but my husband took me.I asked Dr M if these scare would ever go away he said probably not,I cried all the way home,I never went back .To this day I have hard area from scares which my new Dr tells me is natural for second time lipo, but massages will break it up in time.If I was told this info by Lupo or Dr M I would not have gone threw with it. The positive post are done by Dr M office staff not by real patience. I would skip this Dr and go to someone who care about u
