The worst! I called them to repair my jennaire microwave that had suddenly stopped working. The tech came out and spent a lot of time messing with it and then told me it would require a new part. He needed to order it and would return to install it. I paid him for his call and agreed to the new part. My father visited from out of town a few days later. I told him about my microwave. He went in the basement, turned off the power to the house for a few seconds, then switched it back on, and guess what? Microwave perfectly restored. I called paul to cancel the part and asked for a refund seeing as they did nothing to fix it, and then tried to stick me for a part and another service call. He was Extremely rude and refused. He even tried to convince me that I was still on the hook for the part. ughh. Do not use these people.
