The salesman was very prompt and courteous. Greeted me right off. Made me feel welcome. Showed me the car and told me all about it. Went over the cost. \r
The Finance department was another story. I believe the man’s name was Tim. He tried to put a guilt trip on me for not buying the extended warranty. I bought the Hyundai for the warranty. Would not like to do business with him again. I drove 170 miles to get this car. I was with the appx. 15 mins. I was with Tim for more than an hour. I did not expect it to take that long to get the car. I had all financing made I thought before I got there. I am enjoying my car very much. Rides nice. Lots of things on the car that I did not know that I was getting.
