Hy-Tech was very professional, showed up on time and worked hard to make sure we, the homeowners, were pleased with the work. They did have to reschedule once and use a different crew, but that's because our foundation was in pretty bad shape and the first crew was nervous about working on it. Fine with me. I understand companies have crews with different levels of experience. The sales rep communicated expectations in advance and the crew adjusted their work based on the maximum size of drywall cracks we were willing to patch (which is a natural and unavoidable result of leveling a pier-and-beam house). The price was not the cheapest bid, but the quality of work and professionalism were worth the little bit extra; the risk of going with a lesser bid was too great. I would give high marks for the overall value for price paid. I would recommend Hy-Tech to anyone with a pier-and-beam home.
