i am writing in reply to the previous comments about the Osselaer Company and it's property manager Beth Rose.
Have lived at Williamsburg Square since 1997 and have always been treated very well by the property managers from Osselaer. Beth Rose has been our property manager since 2008. She has gone above and beyond her duties in a timely manner to help us with our community and the many issues both good and bad that have come our way. I can not say enough good things about how professional Beth has been working with us. We all know that living in a association such as Williamsburg Square (66 Town homes) can be challenging to both owners and managers alike.
I have no idea who ""FREDB"" is or how he is associated with WBS as he is not a owner of record. Obviously the true disgruntled writer is not willing to own up to these false accusations. More than likely he/she has not been able to manipulate the board or the manager to her/his liking. Unfortunately their are a few owners that I know of who think they don't have to obey the rules and regulations. These are the owners that make it hard for communities and associations alike to maintain a neighbor for all to enjoy. I find it appalling that someone such as ""FREDB"" can write disparaging comments and slander a fellow human being who is doing their job in a professional manner. It is OK to dislike or disagree with the manager, board or management company...we are all entitled to our opinion, but don't you agree it should be done in an adult manner not a ranting and raving on the internet. In my opinion 'fFREDB"" needs to find another place to live so the rest of us can live in harmony!
