Editorial review from Citysearch 5/3/2013

Fred B is obviously a relative of the BUILDER Fred Brescia who must be rolling over in his grave now.\r \r He built Williamsburg Square in the early 1960's and his family lived there including his grown sons. He planned the community landscaping as well complete with ornmental citrus trees - Legal Name Arizona Orchards.\r \r Osselaer VIOLATED his CC&Rs and destroyed the common grounds and its citrus with industrial sisso trees that are all over the units, the roofs and in the pipes and sewers. Eating the buildings alive. And no insurance will cover it. \r \r Not until the Sisoo Trees are removed\r And the orange trees put back.\r This is criminal damage that must be corrected ASAP\r \r And your buddy Beth Rose the Convicted Felon for Theft - Well she is no longer with the company, since you think she was so wonderful and you know so much for living there since the late 90's. Do you realize that there are owners who have lived there since the 1960's??? - so you'd better check before you think you know everything, Image8n. You likely are a HOA board Pres or employee of Osselaer - partners in crime.\r \r Bring back the Citrus lined beautiful Willamsburg Square that Arcadia has lost - You've made your profit, destructive Osselaer. Do the right thing. Fix the Damage. Right the wrong. Don't be sued for selective enforcment or worse.\r \r more

Money Hungry 12/15/2011

This HOA seems to be really good about demanding money but lacks the ability to perform. There are repeat violaters in the community but the property management co. says it is too taxing on them to do anything about it so the solution is to raise the communities dues. The HOA had everyone's trees chopped down but refuses to plant new ones lowering the property value of the homes. BEWARE if you are thinking of this company they take your money and don't provide any services. more

Beth Rose is EVERYTHING BUT A DISGRACE 4/20/2011

i am writing in reply to the previous comments about the Osselaer Company and it's property manager Beth Rose. Have lived at Williamsburg Square since 1997 and have always been treated very well by the property managers from Osselaer. Beth Rose has been our property manager since 2008. She has gone above and beyond her duties in a timely manner to help us with our community and the many issues both good and bad that have come our way. I can not say enough good things about how professional Beth has been working with us. We all know that living in a association such as Williamsburg Square (66 Town homes) can be challenging to both owners and managers alike. I have no idea who ""FREDB"" is or how he is associated with WBS as he is not a owner of record. Obviously the true disgruntled writer is not willing to own up to these false accusations. More than likely he/she has not been able to manipulate the board or the manager to her/his liking. Unfortunately their are a few owners that I know of who think they don't have to obey the rules and regulations. These are the owners that make it hard for communities and associations alike to maintain a neighbor for all to enjoy. I find it appalling that someone such as ""FREDB"" can write disparaging comments and slander a fellow human being who is doing their job in a professional manner. It is OK to dislike or disagree with the manager, board or management company...we are all entitled to our opinion, but don't you agree it should be done in an adult manner not a ranting and raving on the internet. In my opinion 'fFREDB"" needs to find another place to live so the rest of us can live in harmony! more

BETH ROSE IS A DISGRACE TO OSSELAER 3/16/2011

BETH ROSE IS A DISGRACE TO OSSELAER AND TO\r PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONALS EVERYWHERE.\r \r MOVE TO WILLIAMSBURG SQUARE IN ARCADIA IN PHOENIX, ARIZONA AND BE TREATED LIKE A RENTER IN A 3RD WORLD DICTATORSHIP. BE INSULTED AND LIED TO AND IF YOU NEED ANYTHING, UTTERLY IGNORED.\r \r ENJOY FIRST TIME FINE LETTERS THAT YOU YOURSELF PAY THE POSTAGE FOR - AND HER SALARY AS WELL - ALL TO BE BULLIED BY THIS PATHETIC AND RUDE EXCUSE FOR A PROFESSIONAL.\r \r SHAME ON OSSELAER FOR PERMITTING SUCH AN ABUSIVE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEE TO RUIN A ONCE BEAUTIFUL ICONIC WILLIAMSBURG SQUARE ORCHARD TOWNHOME COMMUNITY\r \r TAKE A DRIVE TO 40TH STREET AND CAMPBELL AVENUE ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER RIGHT ACROSS FROM LGO LA GRANDE ORANGE IN PHOENIX, AZ AND YOU WILL SEE WHAT OSSELAER CAN DO FOR YOU - THANKS TO STELLER EMPLOYEES LIKE BETH ROSE\r more

Osselaer - Unresponsive to tenants needs and safety 8/22/2009

I live in one of the loft communities that the Osselaer Company manages. I am counting the days for my lease to be done as this living experience has been nothing short of a complete disaster. The Osselaer Company has been consistently unresponsive to tenants needs which often deals with clear health and safety issues. There have been issues with our trash, lighting, plumbing, storage of unsafe materials in our garage to name a few. When we've reached out for help, Osselaer completely ignores calls, emails etc. It consistently takes four or five calls over a two month span of time to get a simple light bulb replaced. If you are considering a property that is managed by Osselaer, PLEASE think about it very carefully...you will be glad you did. Pros: No Pros at all Cons: Unsafe property, Unresponsive to calls, emails etc. more
