Businiess name:  Prime Care Of North Point

Review content:
I went to Primecare on Northpoint Blvd. to get an anti-biotic for a spider bite, but I was given a different kind of anti-biotic for a different type of infection. I took the prescription as prescribed not knowing the difference. I had to return a few months later because the infection had not cleared and now I was experiencing symptoms of kidney stones. Upon my second visit, I told all of this to the physician and that same physician prescribed the same anti-biotic . A month later the kidney stone symptoms worsened. I didn't know at the time, but that antibiotic is known for causing kidney stones. Once I learned of the issue, I contacted Primecare's management/customer service department and supplied all the details, requesting a credit for poor service. A year later and $2000.00 in additional medical expenses, I still haven't received an amicable resolution to the issue.
