I attempted to eat here for my best friend's birthday. Upon entering, the ambiance was nice and the bartenders served me right away. Once the rest of the guests arrived, we were seated at a table where we ordered drinks, and our server took our orders. We had to share menus since the server didn't offer each of us a menu, and he seemed annoyed when we asked for more menus. He never checked on our table, and when he finally returned, he asked us if we were ready to order. We all sat puzzled because he had just taken our order 20 minutes earlier! He did not put our food order in, and his excuse was that he was waiting for the rest of our party to arrive. However, we told him to put all of our orders in immediately and that we were not waiting for others to arrive before we order and eat.\r

We asked to speak with the manager and decided not to order any food at all. The owner came to our table, and we explained the situation. He was very rude, and he never apologized for the incident! As the birthday girl was expressing to him how disappointed we all were, the owner told her that she was being disrespectful and walked off! He then told the hostess to handle the situation! Completely unprofessional! So, we wasted an hour and a half and didn't get to eat anything. Plus the server told us that the margarita machine was broken, and the owner did not have enough money to have it fixed.\r

This restaurant ruined my best friend's birthday, and we had to go elsewhere to find something to eat at 9:00 at night. I will definitely never try this restaurant again, and I do not recommend that anyone go there, ever! Poor service and overpriced menu!
