I am a self employed contractor that has one vehicle to produce a income. I called them November 1st and explained the symptoms and noises that my transmission was making. He explained to me the possible problems and with the mileage on the transmission it would likely need to be replaced. I got him to tell me a ballpark price to replace the transmission to make sure I had enough money. He expressed the importance of diagnosing and fixing my transmission promptly, being it was how I made a living. I was sold on that and he then proceeded to tell me he would have a price quote by the end of the week, November 4th. I dropped the vehicle off the following morning, November 2nd, gave them the key, name, address, phone number and waited for them to call.\r
