After years of working with an agency on an international adoption we were very disillusioned with the whole process and ready to give up. Communication was poor and we felt like just a number - there was no personal connection with the people who were supposed to be helping us build our family. The first phone conversation we had with Steve Kirsh was just the opposite. Steve was very candid and personable, instantly we could tell he was an excellent attorney AND person. He genuinely cares about all the people involved in an adoption - the baby, the birthmother and the adoptive parents. We didn't have to think twice about hiring Kirsh and Kirsh.\r

Over the course of our emotional adoption journey we worked with several people in the office. We can honestly say Melissa, Josh, Joel and Crystal all provided the same exceptional service with the care and integrity that Steve showed on that initial phone call. They were there to give us personal advice for our situation throughout the process as well as provide encouragement and a listening ear.\r
