Review content:
...but the front office staff are unfriendly and incompetent. Well, one person in particular. We had taken our cat here to clear up an ear mite infection and also boarded her there for 6 days. On the last visit to Dr. McCartney (who was really nice), he told us she was clear of the infection. We were told ""no charge"" by a particular female front office staff member, and we were surprised but pleased. It was on this visit we booked our cat for boarding. So, over $600 later, and after we return from our trip, we have a voicemail that we have an outstanding charge from the last visit that we need to take care of upon picking up our cat. Basically, they nickel and dimed us over $30, after all the money we had spent so far. After much time on the phone (by my husband) and all the staff denying they ever said ""no charge"" and assuring us ""we're not implying you are lying"", they begrudgingly decided to not make us pay. I am currently trying to find another vet to go to because I don't want to deal with this particular female staff member. And what's funny is, my husband was the one who did all the dealing and talking, and I didn't even go with him on all the visits. I just don't understand why we were single out over $30 after we had already paid for alot of service and to be basically told we were liars.
Pros: Doctors are good, convenient hours and location.
Cons: Incompetent, rude staff.
