My group reserved a Hibachi table for 7pm for Mother's Day at the 2920/Kuykendahl Spring, TX location, walked in and was asked to wait a ""few minutes"", which then turned into 15 minutes.
During this time my mother whom is handicapped had to wait standing up. We then asked how much longer and the manager smirked and said ""the group that was just seated does not want anyone sitting next to them"" and we were shocked especially for a Saturday night and having reservations, which we did not understand. We hesitated to ask how much longer now? Manager replied with an unsure answer of “it will be 20 minutes more..” which we knew was going to be longer.
With disappointment and frustration we finally walked out. We could not believe the mismanaged and unprofessional service that was given to us from a supposedly ""highly"" rated restaurant. Thumbs down!
