Never ever take your dog to this groomer, I just got back from an appointment that I cancelled when I got there. The groomer was beyond rude, but more then that, she was abusing a dog when we walked in! She had the dog by the mouth trying to clip his face, i could see the dogs mouth ripped down to the gums. She was also pulling his hair. She finally said she'll just check us in, and threw the dog in a cage, slammed the cage shut. I politely tried to cancel our appointment and she asked why, I said I just wasn't comfortable with her touching my dog like that. She went on to scream the she's a really good groomer and she has had a really long day, and a dog bit her earlier in the day. I had to say we were leaving three times before she stopped yelling. No customer service skills, and clearly hurting an animal. Please do not bring your dog to this groomer.
