Review content:
Located just off Cesar Chavez and I-35 in a little jog of a street, these very busy and very courteous mechanics handle tires, car engines and lawnmower servicing, including sharpening of blades. It is a tiny place, virtually a shack in the shadow of the overpass. We took them a Toro mower that had been in storage for 7 years; for $58 plus tax they took the engine apart, completely adjusted and greased it, tested it, and had it ready for us in less than 24 hours. Value and personal attention for the money.
Pros: You meet your mechanic; fast, competent service
Cons: awkward to reach; take Chavez east under I-35 and turn left but onto side street
