I have rented at many places, and I know that the experience is usually less than stellar, but Mrs. Al Rashid is one of the sharkiest landlords I've had the displeasure to know. You can forget about ever seeing your security deposit again and that lease you signed, haha, not worth the paper it's written on. Do not rent from her!
