Review content:
I purchased gift certificates through a deal online that they were offering to help entice new customers, but unfortunately, in return, they are losing customers. The owner made new rules about the use of the gift certificates every time I went. The first time, after ordering and eating pizza, we were told we could not use the gift certificate for the slices and would have to pay for them...but we still had to use the $25 gift certificate or forfeit it, so we bought other items and brought the leftovers home. The second time, we were allowed to order pizza with it, but we were not allowed to take any leftovers out of the restaurant (even if we ate part of our meals!!) The rules change day by day and seem to depend on the owner's mood. I'm sorry but you cannot run a business depending upon your mood swings! I will not be returning and will go to restaurants where they actually WANT business and know how to treat their customers.
Pros: Food tastes good
Cons: Moodswings affect service
