Ok, compaired to the pizza places around the area, Alfredos, brunellis and a couple other garbage commercial pizza places... it makes miceli brothers that much better Miceli brothers Margarita PIZZA is a must! my father owned a pizza place for about 10 years.... and ever since i couldnt find a good pie... now i gave a slice of margarita pizza to my father and his eyes opened so much i think it stretched his face! He goes ""Chris thank you so much for bringing this slice of pizza, this pizza is the best pizza i ever had in my life... even better then myn... i said oh *hit pop.. really? he told me he wants to go kiss the owner of this pizza.... i said pop i dunno man the man who made this pizza is a pritty big dude... and he laughed.... thanks miceli brothers for bringing good pizza back into our life!!! more

Yup, the food is GREAT, among the best in the area however, I hate it when people are smiling at you and treating you like their your best friend while stealing from you right under your nose. Both the father ""Frank"" and the younger son have a ""heavy hand"" on the register. I notice this ""EXTRA"" fee Every time I go there. Try ordering a few things, before you leave grab a menu and go home and do the math, or if you have a menu at home add it up before you get there and see how much he charges you. The younger son charged me 2.68 ""EXTRA"" for a round pie and a pinwheel. when I asked how much, he replied ""the pie is 13.80 and the pinwheel is 3.50"". I figured ANOTHER PRICE INCREASE (the fourth ""increase"" in the two years I've been going there), I grabbed another ""NEW"" menu went home and did the math . WOW even with the ""NEW"" increase I was charged a whopping $2.68 ""EXTRA"" after tax, thats 15 percent ""EXTRA"". I dont mind paying, the food is good but what they do IS stealing. I'm on a first name basis with the owner Frank and have casual conversations with him when I go there, meanwhile he's treating me like a red headed step child. Oh, by the way Mangia pizza in North Babylon does the same crap! more

We order from Miceli's every Friday night. I love this place. It is by far the best Italian food around. The dinners are a great portion size. The service is great, it's clean and a good place for kids. more

I purchased gift certificates through a deal online that they were offering to help entice new customers, but unfortunately, in return, they are losing customers. The owner made new rules about the use of the gift certificates every time I went. The first time, after ordering and eating pizza, we were told we could not use the gift certificate for the slices and would have to pay for them...but we still had to use the $25 gift certificate or forfeit it, so we bought other items and brought the leftovers home. The second time, we were allowed to order pizza with it, but we were not allowed to take any leftovers out of the restaurant (even if we ate part of our meals!!) The rules change day by day and seem to depend on the owner's mood. I'm sorry but you cannot run a business depending upon your mood swings! I will not be returning and will go to restaurants where they actually WANT business and know how to treat their customers. Pros: Food tastes good Cons: Moodswings affect service more

Everything is really good, love the dinners and the pizza! The service started off slow, but is getting better! I mean got to cut them some slack though they are trying really hard to bring a store with a horrible reputation back to life, during a recession, every business starts out with obstacles. The best pizza I've gotten in the area in a verrrry long time! (I've lived here my whole life.) The regular pizza is great, the garlic knots are INSANELY good (and HUGE), the Chicago pizza is so crisp and tasty, but my favorite is the spinach-stuffed pizza. Oh my! It's so stuffed with cheese that it's almost like a calzone! The best tasting, by far, that me and my boyfriend have ever had, and we've both traveled extensively in our lifetimes!
