Review content:
Avoid this place like the plague. We took my daughter's car there in August to get an oil leak fixed and to ask them to check out and fix a mysterious rattle in the engine. They fixed the oil leak, along with several other mysterious things that racked up a bill, but they could give no explanation for the rattle other than there was something ""loose in there"". Duh. Fast forward to January, when my daughter had the same car towed in because of overheating. The tow truck driver managed to leave the keys on and deplete a brand-new battery. Then came the bad news -- that mysterious rattle turned out to be a problem that would require the entire engine to be replaced. When my daughter decided the car was not worth the price of a new engine, they offered to help her sell the car, then kept the entire sales price for themselves, producing a bill that conveniently showed expenses that equalled the sales prices of the car, including ""storage fees"" (which they did not tell us they were planning to charge) that included the time in which the car sat there waiting for them to get around to looking at it and including the weekend, when they were not even open for us to have access to the car. Nice way to treat a single mom and a girl who is working nearly full time to get herself through college.
