Valentine Disaster 2013--I ordered my wife flowers online about 3 weeks before the big day. I specified that they be delivered before 1pm. They got to her work sometime between 4 and 4:30 after she had left. She got to watch all the other ladies in the office get their flowers instead. When I called the store the evening of 2/14/13, I explained what had occurred and the owner's wife called me back after confirming my receipt specified the 1pm deliery and asked what they needed to do to make it right. I told her that the moment had passed and at this point I'd really just like a refund. I offerred the flowers back if that's what it took and she said the mistake was all theirs and a refund would be issued and to enjoy the flowers.\r \r Today, 2/15/13, the owner came to my wife's work unannounced to retrieve the flowers stating his wife shouldn't have did what she offerred and took the flowers with him.\r \r It troubles me for a florist with such a good name and rep to make such a poor business decision that centers around their mistake. \r \r In short she got not flowers on Valentine's and the florist came to take them back today!\r \r
