My husband are frequent customers of Los Cucos, one a week for the past few years and the food is excellent. There is a problem I have though. When service is bad or food is cold they try to give you another meal or dessert. First of all sometimes I don't want to wait while everyone is eating for a new meal and secondly I don't eat dessert. They are just now starting to deduct from the check but reluctantly. 2 of us had a meal so hot with jalapeno's which i do not eat the other night and the menu has never stated jalapenos. We have ordered the several times and it has never been hot. The manager said it always has them- LIE!!!!!! She only deducted one meal. They have so much business, they don't seem to care about the customers who receive bad service or food.
